In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on pos4g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pos4g strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time at the Company's discretion.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms of this nature. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use pos4g.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on pos4g. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, either through pos4g's own self-exclusion programme or any external responsible gaming registry to which pos4g is subscribed.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pos4g or any of its affiliated studios, game suppliers, or payment processors.

When registering an Account on pos4g, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. pos4g reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pos4g will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pos4g immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

KYC Verification: pos4g applies a robust Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and age before withdrawals are processed or upon request at any time:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within 90 days
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period — typically 14 calendar days of request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

Deposits: pos4g accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and electronic wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pos4g does not impose deposit fees on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees for which pos4g accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically 5–15 minutes during business hours (WIB 08:00–22:00); up to 3 hours outside these hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically instant to 10 minutes at all hours.
• BSI / Bank Permata / OCBC NISP: Typically 15–60 minutes during banking hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification for withdrawals above the threshold specified in your Account settings.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• pos4g reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests it deems irregular, including but not limited to requests that are unusually large relative to deposit history or that follow patterns associated with bonus abuse.

pos4g offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all pos4g bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per Player per promotion: Each Player may claim each specific bonus offer once only, regardless of the number of Accounts held (which is itself prohibited — see Section 2).
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games excluded from wagering contribution (as listed in the promotion terms) do not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the individual promotion (typically 7–30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited). Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: pos4g monitors all bonus activity. Behaviour that the Company, at its sole discretion, deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal exposure — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and Account suspension.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process after wagering requirements have been met.
• Promotion Modification: pos4g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if operational or legal circumstances require it.

All games offered on the pos4g platform — including sports betting, live casino tables, slot machines, crash games (such as Aviator by Spribe), and togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) markets — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or product section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook bets — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay accumulators, as well as Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football, etc.). In the event of a dispute regarding an outcome, pos4g's decision is final after review.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pos4g reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. pos4g is not liable for any winnings claimed as a result of a malfunction.

Maximum Win Limits: pos4g applies maximum single-bet win limits across all product categories. These limits are displayed within each game or product interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit, and the excess will not be credited to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pos4g platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or facilitating the registration of a duplicate Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in match-fixing, bandar bola (bookmaking) activities, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sports competitions offered on the sportsbook.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pos4g staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the pos4g platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of pos4g or its licensed content suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of pos4g's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

pos4g collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pos4g uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended. pos4g does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja), identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

pos4g is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to help you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support or using the in-dashboard self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusions are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarising your session activity are available to all Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pos4g excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or service interruptions beyond pos4g's reasonable control.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications providers.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors or technical malfunctions.

Nothing in these Terms limits pos4g's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. pos4g's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting pos4g support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of pending Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.

Termination by pos4g: pos4g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering suspicion, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned to the extent required by applicable law and after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to pos4g.

pos4g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pos4g will display a prominent notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pos4g holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute, without prejudice to pos4g's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where your conduct causes or threatens harm to the Platform or its users.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be waived by contract.
